The Luxx Group was an idea of a celebrity-like‭ ‬organization that offered a number of different all-inclusive luxury services to 1000 pre-qualified members. With the attempt to launch this unique membership, the management team was seeking a complete branding that would represent modern and exclusive luxuries‭.‬ The design request of a monogram or emblem were the roots to creating the Luxx Group “Shield” that consisted of the letters L and G followed be modern bold text. Light gold and royal purple over dark backgrounds were used to create the feeling of exclusive luxury, sophistication and a prestige atmosphere while observing marketing material or attending an event. The target audience was focused for wealthy Calgarians who were mixed within old and new money between the ages of 35-70. Partnerships with elite companies that helped expand offered services such as ‬VIP access‭, ‬discounts‭, ‬transportation services and much more could have created one unique experience if the company had continued business over its 2 years in operation.
